Many lawyers never visit a crime scene. We investigate every case, conduct most of the investigation ourselves, and also work with former military, Secret Service and other professionals to investigate and document your case. We secure the crime scene, conduct forensics, take dozens of photos from varying angles, question witnesses and examine the backgrounds of all involved parties. By the time your case is up for plea bargaining or trial, we can discredit witnesses and their testimonies and can provide all potential exculpatory evidence.
We use technology to prove your innocence. As an assistant solicitor and prosecutor, Mr. Bosnak brought his branch up-to-date with technology and brings technology to his private practice. We use trial software, digital pictures and imagery, story boards and video clips to bring each case alive to jurors.
We have never lost a case in general session, either as a defender or as a prosecutor.
